My Holidays (Dec 24th - Dec 27th)

Hey all...

I want to tell you about how I spent my quality holidays a few days ago which started on December 24th 2015 until December 27th 2015. Don’t worry, I will tell you in short.

Actually, I did nothing besides reading books and watching TV series. Yup, I didn’t watch the movie last holiday. I watch some TV series and read some books.

Well my first day of the holiday, I spent sleeping until noon. Because I was so tired and I loved to sleep on holiday. You could wake up at noon and didn’t feel guilty by waking up at noon. Lately, I’d been working until late and I’d never sleep before 12 a.m. So, I kind lack of sleep.

The next day, it should be Christmas day even though I didn’t celebrate it. I usually go to my uncle and aunty's house to visit them at Christmas (we have different religions), but this Christmas, I didn’t go because my mom was sick. We couldn’t leave her alone at home. Moreover, we renewed our house, so we had to look after the progress.

Thanks to the last holiday, I could take some rest. I woke up at noon, did some housework, and then watched TV series. It was the first time that I watched TV for many hours. Honestly, I’ve never done that before. I rarely watch television on days or nights. Well, since we renewed our house, our house was so messy. It was a kind of shelter. There are books everywhere, furniture which doesn’t belong in their places, and many more. So that’s why we couldn’t do many activities besides watching television. Kind of sad. But I really hope it could be done soon.

The next day was still the same as the previous day. I just spent my holidays watching television. I watched it with my mom and my sister. That was so nice because we were so busy on office days and we have other activities at the weekend such as my sis continuing her studies and me taking some courses.

Hahaha.. so overall, I just spent my holidays by watching and reading some books. But most of the time I watched TV series.

Karigurashi no Arrietty (借りぐらしのアリエッティ)

This movie was made by Studio Ghibli, 2010. I want to review this movie independently. I loved this movie. Since, I watched it today, noon, I want to give you some review about this movie.

Karigurashi no Arrietty (借りぐらしのアリエッティ) or The Secret World of Arrietty (in English) is about some borrowers, Arrietty’s family, that live with the human world. Borrowers are four-inch-tall people who live anonymously in other people’s house. They are borrowing simple items which are seldom been noticed by a human for their own goods at home.

One day, a little boy, named Sho, stay for the summer at his aunt house where Arrietty lived. When Sho arrived, he noticed about Arrietty’s existence even in a glimpse.

At night, it was Arrietty’s first time to borrow sugar and tissue. So, she went with her dad to borrow. After obtaining a sugar cube, they went around to bedroom where Sho slept. They enter through a hollow wall into a dollhouse. Unfortunately, Sho saw Arrietty when she tried to take a tissue from his table. Startle, she dropped the sugar cube. Then, they quietly left and went home.

The next morning, Sho left the sugar cube in front of ventilation. Her dad warned her not to take because their existence must be kept secret from humans. Despite that, Arrietty sneaked out to see Sho in his bedroom and dropped the sugar cube in order to let him know that she was there. Arrietty told him to leave her family alone. But that day, his father decided that they had to move out.

The problems came when Sho tried to give the Arrietty family a kitchen from the dollhouse. Unfortunately, Haru noticed their existence and captured Arrietty’s mother. With Sho’s help, they saved Arrietty’s mother. But they had to leave quickly.

In their farewell, Sho gave her a sugar cube and told Arrietty that she gave him courage for him to live through the operation. In return, Arrietty gave him her hair clip as a token of remembrance. In the end, Sho said that Arrietty is part of him that he will not forget.

I love this movie. There are some quotes from this movie that I love. Such as:

Sometimes you have to fight for the things that are worth fighting for.

You are part of me now, I will never forget you.

Many more.

In this movie, we learn to have some brave and courage in ourselves. Sometimes things aren’t going well as we expect to. But we have to overcome it.

If you like Studio Ghibli, I’ll really recommend you to watch this movie. You will really like this movie a lot. I’ve already watched it several times. I’ve ever watched it twice in a day and I never get bored.

PS: you are part of me now, I will never forget you. But I’m not you’re the one, right? So, farewell. 

I'm on My Way

Have you ever given or be given excuses to people? I do believe that every people have been ever given or be given excuses.

For me the famous excuse that has been given to me is

I’M ON MY WAY

Yep. But where are you right now? Where is the way that you mean? Is that path same as my final destination or just a loop? When will you exactly arrive at final destination? No one knows. You are the only one who knows when it will happen. Sadly, you never tell how long it takes to arrive.

Can I assume that it means you will be coming very late or even not coming? Maybe, it’s just an excuse that you don’t want to meet me. I don’t mind spending my time waiting for but you have to make sure that you will definitely come. It’s your choice though whether you want to tell me how long I have to wait for you or not. Nevertheless, I will be waiting for you in disappointment.

However the meaning, it depends on every people’s mind. Sometimes it’s true that you are really on your way to meet people and sometimes it’s just an excuse to avoiding people.

Well, just for your information, maybe I’m on my way, too. But do we have the same destination? Well, no one knows.

Hey all, It's been a long time since the latest post. This is my second Haiku based on Simple Plan's song - When I'm With You (you can find the lyrics on your own, the lyrics won't be included in this post).

It wouldn't be called a mistake if we didn't do the mistake.

KOPHI PANAS 3 ft. Cahaya Anak Negeri Bekasi

Hey there, Tonight I'm gonna tell you what I did this afternoon.

As one member of KOPHI (Indonesia Green Youth Coalition), I absolutely join in the activities of KOPHI. One of the activities in this afternoon was KOPHI PANAS or KOPHI Peduli Anak dengan Edukasi dan Sanitasi (KOPHI Care Children with Education and Sanitation).

KOPHI ft. Cahaya Anak Negeri

The third KOPHI PANAS was held in cooperation with the Cahaya Anak Negeri of Bekasi. Location of Sanggar Anak Matahari is located near Bekasi Station. Distance from station to Sanggar Anak Bekasi is approximately 900 meters.

The studio is a place where children live in near Bekasi Station to learn (either school or religious subjects such reciting Al-Qur'an) and a library for children living around.

Most of the books were donated to studio. I was amazed. The library has many books which are kept neatly and orderly. The books are arranged according to the theme, such as textbooks for elementary, junior high, senior high, and also religion, sports, and etcetera. There are also story books in the library.

Children who come to studio were children living in the marginal area around Bekasi Station. When we come and provide education, children were so orderly and willing to receive us all with a friendly and not awkward to us and hospitality.

In this activity, we taught the children about the importance of education as regular nail trimming, washing hands, brushing teeth, and the importance of not littering indiscriminately. The children were so focused with the material given.

After we taught them, it was time to practice the material given. I’m so surprised when my friend asked me to be mentor to one of the groups. To be honest I was shocked. Because, I was just my division photographer (Development and Researching Division). It made me a little nervous. Because, to be honest I do not like small children (Though, somehow the children always liked me and liked to be around me).

I was got acquainted with them one by one. Afterwards, our groups practiced what they had learned. The first practice which was requiring a mentor was cutting the nails. Because children in my group couldn’t do it, so I helped them to trim their nails. The one whom I trim had dirty and length nails. So, his nails was not just be trimmed, but I also had to clean the nails in order to cleaning from germs.

For further practice, they do it themselves. We as their mentors only helped them to line up neatly, reminding them to wash their hands, and movement of correct brushing.

The last activity was a story-telling performed by my friend. The story told about a prince and princess. The prince loved the princess. But, when he saw the princess was littering in the river, the prince became shocked and no longer liked the princess. Moreover, the princess was cursed by a fairy godmother to be the sucker mouth catfish or common pleco because the princess often threw garbage in the river. Okay. I knew it was a strange story but somehow it was entertaining anyway. I think it was my expressive friend.

In the end of the activity, we took some pictures together with children and Cahaya Anak Negeri members. The event went well. The children were so excited and orderly.

We all felt tired. But fatigue was superseded with the event runs smoothly and successfully. Thanks to Cahaya Anak Negeri members who had helped us. Hopefully the next KOPHI PANAS can also run well.

Words Can Hurt

Probably few of you will think this is a trivial matter. Or maybe the writer is someone who is too emotional or too sensitive. But don’t you think that many people often have this experience? Sometimes misunderstanding caused more by words than action, right? Or isn’t it right that many of fights started from words?

So, it’s true or not that Words Can Hurt in Million Times Worse?

Sometimes, unintentionally we hurt people by words. Even we do that to our dearest people. Words can be more piercing than a knife blade originally. Because we can never take the words that are already been spoken.

With words without us knowing it, we can hurt people. Even people who are very dear to us. The words can be more piercing than a knife blade original. Because the words that we say we will never be able to pull back so spoken.

Words can be a good thing, and could also be a very brutal thing. With words, we can even lose the people whom we love. So be wise in utter.

Meanwhile in Work's Time

I’m gonna tell you about my activity in this very right moment. Well, here I’m working in front of the computer. Thanks God, It isn’t all the time.

My team is mapping team. In this division, we provide the maps as customers needs. Then, we layout the maps into well informed maps as customers needs. The last steps, we package the maps to customers.

Sometimes we will get some hard times as the customers feedback that will always change. So there will be some update data and we need to change the whole maps.

It’s fun though. When you have good colleagues and a good manager, the work will be more enjoyable.

Maybe I like being here, maybe I don’t. If you asked me for change, I will take that opportunity. But over all, it’s nice to be here (because of you, eh?). In the end, I’m glad that I’ve ever been in this company in this division.

Studio Ghibli

This time I want to review the Studio Ghibli films. Studio Ghibli is a Japanese animation film makers. It was founded in June 1985 after the success of Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind (1984), with funding by Tokuma Shoten.

Artificial animation Studio Ghibli films are not only famous in Japan alone. But famous all over the world, especially for all of you who are lovers of animated films.

Eight of Studio Ghibli's films are among the 15 highest-grossing anime films made in Japan, with Spirited Away (2001) being the highest, grossing over US $274 million worldwide. Many of their works have won the Animage Anime Grand Prix award, and four have won the Japan Academy Prize for Animation of the Year. Four of Studio Ghibli's films received Academy Award nominations in the United States. Spirited Away won a Golden Bear in 2002 and an Academy Award for Best Animated Feature Film in 2003 (Wikipedia).

Here are some films of the studio Ghibli which I will discuss:

• Grave of Fireflies

   The story was the siblings, Seita and Setsuko, and their desperate struggle to survive during the final months of the Second World War. They lost both parents due to the war. Their mother died due to exposure to a bomb blast. They were forced to live with his maternal family. Seita also provided all the supplies that had been buried prior to her aunt as a reward for having them in her house. He gave all but one tin supply, Fruit drops, candy her sister favorite sister.

   Sooner or later, their aunt began to sell their mother clothes and complained how Seita and Setsuko were a burden to their family and assumed they did not do anything to get food which they ate (In fact, the reality was what they ate, rice, side dishes, and else, was the result of their mother’s kimonos sales and supplies were buried by Seita. Even they were not given the same portion as her family because she said that Seita and Setsuko did not work for the country and were just lazing).

   The situation was uncomfortable; Seita decided to go out of her aunt's house and lived in abandoned bomb shelter. In the evening, Seita and Setsuko caught many fireflies as lights in the shelter.

   The next morning, Setsuko surprised to learn all the fireflies that they catch dead. She was buried the fireflies and asked why fireflies should die so soon and why their mother had to die. Hearing Setsuko said their mother died, Seita was crying. Because of all this he hid the fact their mother had died to Setsuko. But unbeknownst to their aunt told Setsuko Seita that their mother had died.

   Supplies of food and money were running low. This made Seita have to steal to nearest farm in order to feed Setsuko. Seita was increasingly desperate when he learned his sister exposed to malnutrition and one way to treat was to provide nutritious food, even though at that time they had not had any more food either money.

   Seita finally withdrew all the money in their mother savings in order to provide nutritious food for Setsuko. At the same time, he heard that his father fought ship has sunk in the sea floor and there was no hope that their father survived the war.

   Not only that, misfortune befell them back. Not long after Setsuko died. With a sore heart, Seita was cremating his sister. Furthermore, he had no will of life. In the end a few weeks later Seita died due to malnutrition.

My opinion:
This film provides a lesson for us that the war is useless and only misery. The film also shows how the war caused so many victims and most of them are children. Like fireflies, their life did not last long.

The film tells how both siblings have to live with difficulty at the time of war. How his brother must be willing to steal and beaten in order to provide decent food for her sister. I really like this movie. I learn a lot from this movie. Every time I watch this movie, my hearts feel their sadness, their sorrow. I’ll always hold myself not to cry. It’s really a sad movie. I really recommended you to watch this movie.

• Spirited Away

   This film tells about a family, father, mother, and their children Chihiro who entered into the spirit world. Because of eating foods that exist in the world, his mother and father cursed and turned into a pig. Chihiro who had been informed by a man named Haku tried to rescue her parents by asking the job to Kamaji.

Finally, Chihiro got a job and signed a contract agreement with Yubaba and she was renamed into Sen. After that she went back and met Haku who pretended not to know her. But, Haku gave her a warning to keep remember her original name, Chihiro, in order to save her parents and to be able to go out of the world of spirits.

   When she worked, she unintentionally let the spirit of No Face into the bath house. At the same time, Sen proved her hard work by serving a spirit odor that turned out to be a very powerful spirit.

   Things began to chaotic when No Face gave much gold to workers who were greedy. He also requested to be served with plenty of food and he asked Sen to serve him in exchange for gold that much. However, Sen rejected and said that she did not need it.

   Problems occurred when she was helping Haku. She went to the house of Yubaba twin sisters to be able to help Haku. Haku who had been trapped in a spell of Yubaba, had been cured. At that moment Sen knew the real name of Haku was Kohaku which was the guardian of the river Kohaku.

   In the end, Sen / Chihiro could return to her world along with her father and mother.

My opinion:

Actually, I’ve watched this movie today. :D

I like this movie. I really like how the klutzy Chihiro can survive and even help Haku and her parents.

This movie told us not to become greedy to. Greedy will harm you. This movie also told us that magic is not an answer to everything; you can still do something and make it nice without magic.

I don’t know how to say. If only you can just read what inside my mind, you will understand how great this movie is.  

• Howl’s Moving Castle

   The film also tells about the war situation and explains that war is not the answer of peace.

   The story is about how a girl named Sophie who got the curse of the evil witch who maked her become an old hag due to meet with the male wizard named Howl. As a result of the curse, Sophie was determined to be reunited with the witch that had cursed. In the middle of her journey, she met with Howl's Moving Castle. She entered the house. In the house she met with fire demon named Calcifer who will rescue her from the curse in exchange for Sophie also helped him escape from the curse. When Howl appeared, Sophie announces that Calcifer hired her as a cleaning lady terribly dirty after seeing the condition of the house.

   At that time, there were two countries were at war. This was due to the prince of one of the country disappeared and was considered kidnapped by the opponent. Howl was asked to meet with the leaders of each country in order to helping the two countries. One of the royal advisors called Suliman. Howl was asked Sophie to replace him met with Suliman. Suliman realizes Sophie's true relation to Howl and her intense romantic feelings towards him. Howl then arrives to rescue Sophie, disguised as the King. Suliman tries to trap Howl, but with Sophie's help, they manage to escape, taking Heen and the former Witch of the Waste with them.

   In the end, Sophie helped Howl to remove the curse by returning his heart into his body. Howl heart that had been there in Calficer was returned to Howl. So either howl or Calficer freed from the curse, following with Sophie.

   The end of the film is shown that Howl live with Sophie in their moving castle.

My opinion:

Once again, war is not an option for gaining peace. Sometime war started because of misunderstanding from both side. So if we listen to both side clearly, we don’t need violent for answering the problem.

I really like Sophie, because she is not such a cry-baby. She used her strength to release from the cursed. She also helped so many people to release from their curse. She was even kind to the witch that put her in spell.

I can also feel the emptiness in Howl. But I’m glad that Sophie can fill his emptiness. Sometimes what we need is the right person to feel the emptiness. But, in the way to gain it, we might fall or we might do some mistakes.

Have you ever thought that maybe you can fit in one place and you can say "Wow that was an unforgettable memories"? But, suddenly something destroys your imagination. All you want to do now is disappear?

Some people say, don't make some mistake or you will regret.

But we will never know it was a mistake until we do that mistake right? So I think that's a mistake if you don't do that mistake.  There is a quote says,

So now, I made some mistakes. Everyone made some mistakes. No body is perfect. Everyone has felt disappointed and let down. So, do I. But the question is, can we overcome it? Or we let our anger, disappointed dominates us?

KATSU's 7th Annual Gathering

~As we go on, we remember all the times we had together and as our lives change come whatever, we will still be FRIENDS FOREVER~
Vitamin C - Graduation

Last Saturday, July 25th 2015, my classmate (freshman in senior high school) hold the 7th Annual Gathering. It was another unforgettable memories. Although there are still not coming to the gathering.
At first, all of us felt the awkward moment. We were just talked about some topics then we kept quiet until there was someone broke the silence. But suddenly, we just blend into one and we just couldn't stop talking. About our graduation, our last term even if in different university, and also about our future such as who will get married first after our friend Dissy.
The marriage topic was so sensitive because some of us even didn't have the candidate yet (including me). It was so fun and really it was unforgettable memories.
The people in the pictures are Kevin, Mitha, Agung, Icut, Yugo, Andy, Soffie, Ghina, Kurnianti, Ufa, Fayer, Mela, Wawa, Tyas, Winni, Meili / Mamaks, Debboy, Guntur. *sorry for the shabby face,  we had already been there since 2 p.m. And we took the photo at 9 p.m. :D*
Then, I have nothing to write. What happened yesterday was unwritten. I will always cherish every moment we've been together, KATSU.
The time pass quickly. Suddenly it have been seven years we know each other. Although, now we parted, we'll still be friends forever.

Chaser of The Light

This book is about poems from the typewriter series named Tyler Knott Gregson.

Actually, this book belongs to my sister. She likes his poem. At the first time, I don't really like poems. But somehow, there is something in this book called me to read this book.

Suddenly, I really like this book and also poems. This book is not only about poem but also haiku which the author wrote since twelve years old.

In this book the writer once wrote as he was a memory keeper, that he was a trapper of time. He wrote that he was a chaser of the light. And that was true. In all he wrote and said, he was trying to chase the light that he cannot help but see around him.

To be honest, I can even describe how cool the book is. But one thing that I want do.. There will always be light and I will never stop chasing it.

You really need to read this poem and you will fall in love, too.

In short, I want to tell you about some poems in this book.

The first is..

There isn't title for this poem.. But I really like his sentence.

"What if all we have ever wanted isn't hiding in some secret and faraway dream but inside of us now as we breathe one another and find home in the way our arms always seem to fit perfectly around the spaces between us?"

Somehow, we always wonder about anything and how we never get the right answer. But sometimes the answer is right in front of our eyes and yet we still haven't seen it.

You have never had to steal my breath or take it away, somehow you have always managed to convince me to hand it over freely.

Tuck Everlasting – Natalie Babbitt

What if you could live forever?

Now, I want to give you a review of a book titled Tuck Everlasting, by Natalie Babbitt. There may be some who have read this book and some have not been read this book.

This book tells the story of a family, Tuck Family, who accidentally drank water from magic spring that can make them live forever without being old. Is it a blessing or a curse? As a result, they live alone away from the settlement and they also keep the secret tightly. They closed the spring in order that no one had anything like them.

Until one day a girl named Winnie Foster, a daughter who has a magical forest where it had spring, met with the Tuck Family, Jesse Tuck, who has a secret. They met in a magical spring. When Winnie wanted to drink from that spring, Jesse forbid her. Then, Winnie was taken by the Tuck Family to their house to explain about their secret, which was to live forever without being old at all.

At first, Winnie did not believe the story. But she discovered new things that she could not have from her family in Tuck Family. Without realizing it, she was happy to live with the Tuck Family. Until finally, she had to part with Jesse and Tuck Family.

In the end, Winnie had to choose whether she wanted to live forever and be able to continue her life with Jesse whom she liked or had a normal life and died? It is very difficult decision for Winnie. Until the end she chose her own path.

A spring that can make life forever and never old? For those of you is this a blessing or a curse? Which one do you choose? Live forever and can not die or live a normal life and death at any time? In the end, it depends on ourselves.

This book is very fascinating, written in simple language which is easily understood and can be read by all ages. This book teaches us that living forever is not a blessing. Due to the Tuck family, it was a curse that they could not eliminate.

For me, this book gives a lot of messages. All choices have good and bad sides. So we should be wise in our choices. As did Winnie, in the end she has her own choice.

KOPHI PANAS 1: For Better Health

Now, I want to tell you about my previous activities. Regarding the social projects of the organization that I follow. Yes, I am a member of KOPHI. In division of research and development. Previously, KOPHI is a youth organization engaged in the environment. KOPHI can be a platform for young people who want to be part of the solution to the problem of climate change so that they can move to carry out a collective and sustained action for the creation of a sustainable environment.

So, a few weeks ago, at March 28, 2015 ago, KOPHI held an event called KOPHI PANAS (KOPHI Peduli Anak dengan Edukasi dan Sanitasi) the first in 2015. This activity is very interesting. Because in this activity we taught the importance of protecting the environment and sanitation hygiene which starts from yourself.

KOPHI PANAS 1 held in slum area in Karang Pola which collaborated with TIS.

In this activity, we taught children (re: in elementary school) about the importance of saving water, maintaining nails cleanliness by cutting regularly, properly hand washing, and brushing teeth correctly. And we taught children how to recycle plastic bottles becoming a pencil box. In order to becoming more valuable.

This event run quite smoothly. Although children were not so orderly. Because they were so enthusiastic in participating in this activity.

Here were some of the results of the documentation.

It was when we taught them how to cut nails properly. If they couldn't do it properly, we would cut their nails.

It was when we taught them how to make pencil boxes from bottles. Look at that! How enthusiastic they were! 

And... This was the result!! Look! How cute their pencil boxes are. They were so creative in designing their own pencil boxes.

Actually I was kind of sad when we saw the sanitary conditions around the slum area. The ground was not directly the soil, but a pile of garbage that has been solidified. So, you couldn't imagine how it would be going when heavy rains flushed the area. Of course it would be flooding. But, the flood which came to be accompanied by mud and debris.

Despite that, children who were in the slum area remained enthusiastic to learn and followed our activities through ending.

That was activity of KOPHI Panas 1. Hopefully, what we taught them will remain attached and practice every day. So it would be useful.

Things in My Bag

Now it's time I unpack any kind of things in my bag. These were my important things.. Jreng .... Jreeeeeng ..

The first and most important is the agenda.. Yup .. Agenda is the most important thing (even more important than the purse). Why do I always carry diary? Cause agenda is a reminder to my schedule and the notification of the plans in the following day. So the agenda is a must be taken everyday.

Next...

Items that must be taken is the purse .. Yup .. without the purse, what can I do????? The contents of the purse is important. Not because of the money (But still. Money important ;p). Because there are so many cards in my purse. They’re my identity card, college student card, atm, commuter line, e-money, there are many more. Most inopportune time ever was I left my purse behind. Luckily I was going to campus from my dorm. So after I took the classes I went straight back to my dorm.

And next..

Books. Books also an important thing that I must bring.So whenever I get bored I read a book. Sometimes waiting for the train or waiting people .. So .. I prefer reading book to doing nothing. The genre is free depending on my mood. It can be comic, romance novels, mystery novels, or etc. But there criteria that must be taken. The criteria are not to be thick or heavy and it isn't too big to put i a bag. Because I like to put in a bag whenever I finished or done reading (at that moment). So, I prefer to bring a book that is not too heavy.

The next important thing is....

Earphones !!!!!!!! Without earphones, it will be a long boring journey. In addition, the earphones also have other functions, to keep the phone safe. So if there is a pickpocket they will be easily caught. Because how the music suddenly stopped ??? !!!!! Fortunately until now I've have not and should not have happening.

Hand-sanitize. This stuff will always be in the bag. Because it was never unpack as well. This is really useful if you have to eat greasy foods. Another function of the hand-sanitize is making scented hand. So if you pass the smell place, you just use hand-sanitize and cover your nose with your hands. So, you will smell fragrant from your hands..  :-D

The last but not least...

Umbrella. Lately after I were no longer in Depok, I often bring an umbrella. In the past, when I still lived in dorm I rarely brought an umbrella. But now I move back to Bekasi, I must bring an umbrella. However, sometimes I still forget to bring an umbrella. Especially if the previous day was rain, I’ll seldom to put it back in my bag.

Hmm. I think it that’s all my stuffs that I always carry. Actually there are many more items carried as well. Such as handkerchief, tissue, charger. But the stuffs are tentative depending whether I remember or not. Because I often forget to brought that things.

Yup.. That's it for this post... :-D

Good Use of Social Media

As we know, there are so many social media such as Twitter, facebook, path, Tumblr, blog, my space, pinterest etc. Social media is not only a tools for interacting with someone else but also a tools for representing our image.

Be careful in using social media. Sometimes social media can be a positive and useful things for ourselves. But sometimes, social media can be self-defeating. Until now, many of which we find the use of social media is not in place such as a fight or cruel on twitter or facebook, mutual vilify each other and so on.

Be wise what needs to be published and what is not needed to be published in social media. Not all of our activities or events that we experience should be published in social media. I have ever met someone who post everything she experienced in social media, even when she was choking or falling or anything all captured and published.

I've ever experienced that. There was someone who  was publishing bad things or vilifying me in social media. Of course that made me uncomfortable and annoyed. Then some time later I followed her by publishing bad about her. In the end, she knew and turned angry to me. I accept it because what I did was wrong, but unfortunately she did not want to admit that she was wrong, too. Then she still accused me and so on. I also ended up apologizing to her, although she did not apologize to me for what she did. She became swell-headed. Even after I apologized, she still published bad things about me. But, at that moment, I was so tired of her childish act. So I kept it simple. I did not think that was me. So, I ignored her. Yeah of course she got furious at me and still i did not care. After while, she did not bother me anymore. After that, I thought that if we did not perceive that was us, so why get angry? Is not that angry means we are what people say (re: bad things)?

Yepp, that was my experience.

Moreover, in the social media we have heard about cyber bullying. It turns out that bullying is not just happening in the real world but has spread to cyberspace or social media. Maybe sometimes we do not feel bullied or bully others in cyberspace. Without realizing it, we can hurt other people through what we publish on social media.

Sometimes, cyber bullying causes us to be difficult to be creative in the virtual world, for fear of assuming someone else. Yet, If we publish something good, maybe it could be useful for others. On the contrary, if we publish something bad, then it could be the harm to others or even to ourselves. Indeed, it is the right of every person to publish what he or she wants to publish, but judging good and bad about ourselves from what we published also the rights of others as well.

Hence, use social media in good way. Everyone can see and judge ourselves on what we show.
