It's been a while...

Hola...

Now, I want to give you some unimportant about my lately music... I just heard about this music a lot while working from home. It's nice... Especially at this time... When I'm thinking about you lately... I really waiting for you words... It's not related to work. In addition, even if I write up some number, I don't put any order about those music. I only put them for what I heard at this moment. Moreover, I do listen to them while writing about this post.

However, to make it short, I will only put Japan and/or Korean Song for this post.

So, let's begin

The Fourth Job

Hello again,
Actually, I used to write my job after I resign. But, perhaps, I want to resign so I write about it?
Well, at this moment, I'm not quite sure about that... That's okay, here is my fourth job at a private company.

Third Job

"Morning will come, it has no choice"
-Marty Rubin-

Hey...
It's my third job. Soon after I resign from the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, I got offered in Sucofindo (from now on, I called SCI).
I started since January 2016 and I resigned at the end of June 2018. The longest job that I've ever had up until now (Well, since I don't know what will happen in the future).

Subject to Discuss #1 - Work and Wage -

Well, it's been a long time since last post.

Now, I want to discuss about work and wage. I know these are sensitive issues. Let me give you some picture I got from internet.

What do you think about this posting? Do you agree or not?
We all know that no matter what we need money. For living.

So what do you think about that?
Well, up until now, I've been working for 14 months. It's just a while. I've just graduated in February 2015. I still don't have much experiences.
But I do have my own point of view for this posting.

As a worker, I really do hope for a huge wage. For my living, for my saving, and of course for my future. But as a fresh graduate, what do I wish for? I don't have real experiences working in a company (I do have a working background but I don't work for corporate. It was just a project by my lectures or somewhere else).
Sometimes it's sucks to see some vacancies that require you to have amount experiences and also age. How could I have some experiences if you don't give me a chance to work at some company (as some of company requires amount of experiences)?

Finally, I got my first job. I was know nothing about working in company that I've never been imagined. Here is the story begun. I got a really minimum wage with some works to do. At the first time, I feel just happy af to have a job. I got job!!! Horaaaay!!
Then days by days and months by months. My responsibilities are increased. But sadly, my wage isn't increased. I got promotion but I didn't get a raise. Well, I think it was okay. I didn't mind about it as long as I could study and mastering that field (actually I already mastered it because it was my proficiency).

But thanks to GOD, I moved on from my last job to another one which was and is a better place, a better wage. I was really glad that I could quit from my first job.

Right now, this is my third job. Up until now, I've been working in this corporate for 5 months. And how do I feel?
Well, If you think your college time was a jungle, then working is a wild jungle. You have to work well while you are under pressure. Sometimes your colleagues are a challenges for you too.. Because every human has different behavior, different characters and different point of views. You have to maintain the relationship between your colleagues. Your boss can also be a challenge for you. Sometimes you get the good boss but sometimes you don't get the good guy boss.

Next question, have I ever got a shitty job?
Of course I have got. I've been through the big good guy boss, I've been through bad guy boss, and so on.
I told you on previous paragraph that I've ever been raise (the responsibilities) but I didn't get raise in wage. Just because I was a fresh graduate (yeah, fresh graduate but I do team leader's job). Funny little thing that someone on my previous ever told not to show my abilities and pretended that I know nothing. How could I pretend if it was really my major and my capabilities?

Maybe some of you would think that that wasn't a shitty job. Well when I were in college, I've ever been a SPG (sales promotion girl). I had to tell the customer about the product and persuaded them to buy my product. Sometime I got difficult customer, I've even got flirted by the customer. Hell yeah. Different characters. I have to deal with them.

Okay maybe I didn't get the worst job. But I just want to share that everyone ever got a difficult situation in their office.

Back to topic or back to the posting.
Well, in my opinion, we had to do as well as we can in our jobs. I do agree with the posting that if you have that kind of thought you will never get a promotion. Because you only do a little works. How can other people see what you are capable of if you don't show them? Especially if you are in team work. The good team will help each other do their works to fulfill the tasks, the goals, the aims. Sometimes we are envy for someone who gets a high wage. Sometimes we think that we are the one who deserve that wage. But everyone is different. Maybe you don't have what they have. If we fill our mind with that kind of thoughts we can't do the best. Since, all we think that we are envy to them we can't do the work properly and it will decreased our performance.

Trust me, just do the best at your work because that is your responsibility and people will see what your capable of. Just don't give up. Try your best. Even if sometimes you hate it so much. At least I get a wage to pay the bills, eh?
That's my opinion. Everyone have their own opinion. It is up to you whether you want to agree or disagree to me.

頑張って!

See you in the next posting.. :)

My Day #1

Well, Today, I don’t know why, I want to write something happened this day.
Actually it was a foolish and stupidity. It was drizzle when I wanted to go home. Instead of waiting, I was just walking from my office to the nearest station. It was around 1.8 kilometers. Of course I got wet. Then, I went to the nearest restaurant to stop by waiting for the drizzle to stop. Unfortunately, the drizzle became heavy. Stupid of me, I ignored the drizzle and walked through the heavy drizzle.

Of course, I was lil bit soaked. Then, for the second time I stop by the housing security office waiting for the drizzle to stop. The second time I was lil bit patient. So, I was really waiting until it became light drizzle.

Next stupidity was I got lost. Today, I chose different path than the usual. Of course I got lost. I tried to look through map but I still couldn’t get the right path. So, I walked into narrow alley (only fit 1 person). After I was walking around, I found the main street. Phew, I was afraid of getting lost, tbh.

Well, the conclusions are don’t ever choose the different path from usual and don’t forget to bring an umbrella, yuri.

PS: I used to bring an umbrella but since I’ve resign from my first company, I really seldom bring an umbrella.

Okay, I will bring an umbrella tomorrow.!!!

Second Job

I want to tell you about condition in my previous jobs after I’ve resigned from Earthline Company. I resigned last October 2015. After I resigned from Earthline Company, I got job in Ministry of Public Works in Directorate General Of Provision Housing, Directorate of Planning Provision Housing in Data and Information Sub Division as Young Experts of Geography Information System in Information System Section (what a long name, phew).

I started at October 2015, the next day I’ve resigned. I was so glad that I’ve got the job quickly. At the first time, I was so confused about the task that is given to me. I’ve never worked in government. But the day passed I’ve learnt so many things such as how to write a formal letter, how to organize some focus group discussion, how to write some proceeding, etc.

My Tiny Messy Desk :D

The people are very kind to me. They taught me so many things. They didn’t get angry whenever I asked them many times. They would give me instruction.

My sub division consist 8 staff (including me), two head of section, and one head of sub division. They are Mr Nanang Sofwan as the head of Data and Information Sub Division, Ms. Soelistianing Kusumawati as the head of Information System Section, Mr. Rino Sinurat as the head of Data Processing Section. The staffs are Cut Asyraf, Mutiara Larasati, Amalia Rizki, Hendra Budiman, Muhammad Priyoko, Tri Cahyo, and Wibawa.

My current tasks were making some letter for the director, making some proceeding, making some minutes of meetings, making map for Directorate General of Provision Housing. These tasks were so different with my last tasks in Earthline. But I could handle those things because of my colleagues.

Smile you are in not candid camera. Pretend you didn't see the camera

Not only the people in my sub division but also people in others sub division were so kind to me. I’ve got many colleagues. Even we were not in the same age as me, but they treated me nicely. My Sub Division was placed between the fifth sub division (monitoring and evaluation sub division) and the general works unit. Actually the general works unit was placed in the corner of the floor. But three of them were placed next to my sub division (the fourth sub division).

Every day we were always talking to each others, gossiping one of us, having lunch together, going home together, and of course working together as a team.

We were not always in good side, sometimes we got scolded by our head sub division if we made some mistakes. But I did and do believe it was for our own good.

Well I think that’s all from me. I want to say thank you and mention your name one by one. But it would be long.  Thanks to you that I learnt so many things before I quitted.

Wish me luck in my new job.

Meanwhile in Work's Time

I’m gonna tell you about my activity in this very right moment. Well, here I’m working in front of the computer. Thanks God, It isn’t all the time.

My team is mapping team. In this division, we provide the maps as customers needs. Then, we layout the maps into well informed maps as customers needs. The last steps, we package the maps to customers.
Sometimes we will get some hard times as the customers feedback that will always change. So there will be some update data and we need to change the whole maps.
It’s fun though. When you have good colleagues and a good manager, the work will be more enjoyable.

Maybe I like being here, maybe I don’t. If you asked me for change, I will take that opportunity. But over all, it’s nice to be here (because of you, eh?). In the end, I’m glad that I’ve ever been in this company in this division.
